The company was successful in its existing offerings, but ready to scale the business, reposition the brand and furthermore, drive incremental customer acquisition and maximize customer retention and satisfaction. Its key opportunity is growth. A strategic opportunity would be in elevating identity, repositioning brand identity and product offerings, broadening reach, optimizing creative, increasing awareness, expanding revenue streams and increasing appeal for the target audiences.

The team also conducted qualitative and quantitative research (interviews and surveys) with customers to identify need gaps and opportunity areas.

DELIVERABLES
