The company was successful in its current offerings, but wanted to explore targeting a more premium, luxury travel clientele. The scope of the project included researching the offerings of the company’s domestic competitors to understand the market landscape, as well as studying the products/services provided by luxury wildlife lodges in other parts of the world for potential inspirations. The team also conducted qualitative and quantitative research (focus groups/interviews, surveys) with staff members running the daily operations, as well as previous/current/prospective customers to identify need gaps and opportunity areas.
