Professional experience

A strong background in leading innovation, new product development, R&D, brand strategy and portfolio management.

I have held executive leadership roles at companies including Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Allergan. I assisted in growing iconic brands such as Neutrogena, Aveeno, Johnson’s, Clean & Clear, Lubriderm, SkinMedica and Murad.

I have extensive consulting experience, providing business/technical guidance to a range of clients from startups, multinational corporations, venture studios/launchpads, to private equity firms. My expertise is in consumer-centricity, strategic thinking, team building, innovation, problem solving, project management, process improvement, and risk-based decision making.

I hold Bachelor degrees in Chemical Engineering and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, and also an M.B.A. from University of Michigan Ross School of Business. I have been honored as Poets & Quants “Top 50 Best & Brightest Executive M.B.A.s”.
