Professional experience

Fueled by a relentless drive to outperform the competition in med-tech commerce.

I spent much of my early career in the Operating Room, working with Orthopedic Surgeons to provide clinical solutions. I understood very early on that the heart of every successful commercial plan in MedTech must be the patient impacted by your solution. While the clinical solution is always the guiding light, I have also learned that more than patient outcomes or perceived benefits are required to guarantee commercial success. It is in the commercial execution that separates excellent ideas from widely adopted solutions. This is where my unique experience will allow you to separate from the pack.

I have over 16 years of experience in building and managing commercial teams that consistently exceed market growth. My expertise lies in identifying the right customer segments, developing new markets, and driving growth and expansion through various means such as M&A transactions, joint ventures, and partnerships. I am passionate about accelerating business growth and entering new markets and categories through strategic business partnerships and distribution agreements.

I am driven by giving back to patients in need. I have been an active volunteer with Operation Walk Los Angeles since 2015, and in 2022, I joined Team GODA on a mission to Pakistan. My purpose is my family: my wife, Erin Meisel, MD, and two young daughters, Cameran (5) and Mickie (2).
