.Lynn Fernando is a visionary CEO, investor, and board leader committed to global economic empowerment through transformational capital, strategic partnerships, and bold execution. As General Partner of the AWP Overmatch Fund I, Lynn leads investments into mission-critical U.S. defense, manufacturing, and energy infrastructure—mobilizing capital to strengthen national security while building sovereign supply chains and unlocking generational wealth for investors. Her investment thesis is centered on vertically integrated platforms and operator-led businesses that build what truly matters.

She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of REV Global, where she co-leads a consultancy and capital platform that empowers mid-market founders and family offices through strategic deal-making, business transformation, and succession planning. Under her leadership, REV Global helps future-proof enterprises and legacies with a clear focus on impact, scale, and long-term value creation.

In parallel, Lynn serves as Co-Founder and President of the Ayana Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to closing the global wealth gap by funding, mentoring, and scaling women-led ventures. Through this work, she is building inclusive systems of access and redefining ownership for underrepresented founders across emerging markets.

With over $1B in enterprise value created, Lynn brings decades of experience in M&A, restructuring, and growth from leadership roles at Disney, Amazon, and high-growth startups. She is known for navigating complexity—aligning global teams, integrating acquisitions, and crafting bold turnaround strategies that deliver both purpose and performance.

Lynn serves on the boards of REV Global and Ayana Foundation, where she continues to advance initiatives at the intersection of private equity, public-private partnerships, real estate, AI, and wellness. Her work bridges capital and community—turning strategy into action, and vision into vehicles for sustainable, generational impact.

She holds both her BA and MBA from the University of Michigan, where her foundation in global strategy and mission-driven leadership took root.  She lives in Los Angeles, CA and is the mother of two boys.
