A B2B SaaS Company has acquired another product company in a complementary product category. The company was announcing the acquisition soon and sought to develop an internal communication plan. However, this messaging needed to include clarity on how the acquisition would impact employees and departments of both companies. The company was seeking to develop an organizational, product, and technology strategy, complete with change management and communication planning.

DELIVERABLES

  • Phase 1 entailed the evaluation of 3 options for product strategy and included potential technology and organizational strategies to support them.
